Ora Flagler Village

I lived in ORA Flager Villiage for 2 years and the apartment community is beautiful and conveniently located near everything. I loved the amenities. Parking is simple. The staff is friendly. Erika moved me in and was always helpful when I had questions. Brenda is amazing and always willing to help. Paul was professional and accommodating when I needed service orders. My favorite thing about my apartment was the beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

I had a wonderful experience with the leasing agent, Nicole at Ora in Flagler Village. Not only was she professional, but also warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the complex. She took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the property. The amenities available here are amazing too, and the apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. Tons of storage and extra large closets! The entire leasing process was seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend Ora and their great team to anyone looking for a luxurious living space in the Flagler Village area!

Having recently moved into the building, I love how clean, quiet, and it's proximity to everything in Flagler Village (especially Wells Coffee and Mitch's Downtown Bagels.) Nicole made the application and move-in process so easy, she was very helpful and she assisted me from start to finish! This building is dog-friendly and very close to Peter Feldman Park and within walking distance to Victoria Park and Las Olas. It is a great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a quick Uber ride to the airport and beach. The maintenance team are friendly and quick to respond if you should need them. The pool are and gym are also my favorite places to enjoy my free time. Listening to the pool fountains is like you are on a permanent vacation - very relaxing. My neighbors have all been super friendly and are young professional (and also dog lovers) along with young families. I highly recommend living in this building to friends if you're looking to move, or relocating from out of state.

I currently live here. Yesterday my dog walker was returning from a walk to have one of the Property managers (Erica) accost her for having the dog allegedly “off the leash” STEPS away from my apartment (she has zero proof of this “altercation”). I have now received a notice to Vacate the premises in 7 days if I don’t get rid of my dog, who is on the lease and I pay an extra “pet rent” for. Again this is the first and only alleged “incident” since I’ve been here. I hope the actual owner/ownership group sees this and takes action. Her manager (Brenda, I think) also thought this was an acceptable way to treat a tenant who’s been there for over a year and never missed a rent payment. Now I have to pay an attorney to see if I can stay in my apartment for something I still have no proof even happened. And to top it all off Erica called me while I was at work and made me incredibly emotional in front of all my co-workers lol. I’ve asked around and Erica is apparently NOTORIOUS for being irritable and going on power trips. Do not move here. One star. P.S. The rest of the staff is great! The maintenance crew is the best I’ve seen at an apartment complex. Extremely kind, courteous, and professional.

I am giving this place 5 stars. I had the pleasure of meeting with Nicole and having her be my tour guide. Let me tell you about my girlllll! She made the entire tour so easy and warm-welcoming. I felt like a friend was giving me a tour and she was so reassuring. We were able to talk about where I’m at with renting apartments and she assured me that I would be making the right decision with this place. I toured 10 other places and this was just the right one. I applied the day I toured and was approved the next day with the help of Nicole! The apartments are amazing and for the price, you can’t beat it. The complex is very well taken care of and feels like you are in a mini resort, in my opinion! I love the area and how you are so close to downtown and the beach. You also get a parking garage which is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone!
